Great news! Ad Bastiaansen, one of the founders of the navigation industry in Europe has confirmed his participation in the panel discussion of the plenary session of the 9th International Navigation Forum on April 22 at Expocentre Fairgrounds. About two decades Mr. Bastiaansen devote himself to international establishment and development of the Tele Atlas company and has obtained considerable experience in database of digital maps, geo-location services and navigation. Mr. Bastiaans has also focused his activities on solutions for the providing of services, based on location information.

Later he has established the iLOC-Group and continued to develop in the field of investment and management support of geolocation solutions and geographic databases. In addition, Ed Bastiaans is a member of the boards of directors of several organizations in the industry, including the European System of Intelligent Transport Ertico and ITS World.
